Living for leisure
We have provided services in the tourism and recreation sector for a range of land uses and forms of development, for a range of clients.
In parallel with other rural diversification work we have successfully managed proposals for new golf courses, fisheries, lakes and sports pitches. In each, matters of landscape, access, hydrology and other countryside policies were addressed.
We have been involved in the development of tourist accommodation such as self-catering cottages or lodges through to hostels and large hotels. We also advise major tourist attractions in both urban and rural locations. Work undertaken in this area includes building inventories, masterplans, green travel plans and planning applications for various forms of visitor related development.
